Prominent Bassline
Todokanai Koi is a pretty old song in my books, but has one prominent bass line. This song managed to include chromatic progressions, seen in the chorus and outro. The progression gives a smooth feeling to the song, a gradual down slope from the C#m to F#m, and then build anticipation from the F#m to B and then entering the outro (refer to the last line in the chorus). Overall, it’s an enjoyable song to play, especially with the prominent bass line.
