Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our chord transcriptions, and your satisfaction is important to us. When you support/donate to us via Ko-fi, we do our best to fulfil your chord transcription request within a reasonable time frame (usually around 3 - 7 working days).

However, since our request fulfilments are digital services, all donations/support via Ko-fi are final and non-refundable. Should you disagree to this Refund Policy, any support/donation via Ko-fi are final and no refunds will be allowed/processed.

Change of mind for the chord transcription request

When you make a request via Ko-fi, you will be allowed to change the song requested once, and within 1 day from the time the original request was made with Ko-fi.

No further request changes will be entertained when the request is made 1 day after the original request, or a change request has already been submitted and accepted. This will allow our transcribers to produce high quality chord transcriptions.

Unfulfilable requests

In the event that the request made is not for the chord transcription of a song, the donation/support given via Ko-fi is final, and no refund will be allowed/processed.

Refund exceptions

Should a refund request be exceptionally accepted and processed, the amount refunded to you for your donation/support via Ko-fi will be net of the processing fees charged to us (quuple.com), by the payment gateway service providers (Stripe/Paypal).

When a refund is initiated, the payment gateway service providers (Stripe/Paypal) do not refund us the processing fee of your support/donation to us via Ko-fi. As such, we are not able to refund the processing fees of your support/donation made via Ko-fi.
