Happy Party Train (TV Size)

Hi everyone! Sorry for the short hiatus. I just got transferred to another department in my company. Anyway, here is the next transcribed song! I’ve been looking to transcribe this song for a while now, and I’ve finally found the time!

Happy Party Train is the 3rd single from Aqours and to be frank, I didn’t like it at first. It was until I gave it a chance and played the song in their music rhythm app (Love Live School Idol Festival). The more I played the song and the more it grew on me and now it has grown on me!

This song features Kanan Matsura, one of the members of Aqours. She is the center person in this song. She projects a mature, warm and calm personality. (On a side note, Kanan’s voice actress, Nanaka Suwa, has almost quite the same personality, so both Kanan and Nanaka-chan are very likable).

This song is both catchy and adds plenty of off-chords while staying within the scale of A major and D major. It took me quite a while to transcribe the chorus as it had a very odd progression from the third bar to the fourth bar. Well, I hope you’ll find this transcription useful.
